The French Centre for Research on Qualifications (Céreq) is a public institution acting under the aegis of both the Ministry of Education and Research and the Ministry for Work, Employment and Health. The Centre provides advice and proposals aimed atsupporting decision-making in the area of education and training policies at regional, national or international level.

Austrian Institute for Research on Vocational Training (Austria) – Oeibf

The Austrian Institute for Research on Vocational Training (Oeibf) is a non-university research institute. Oeibf's mission is to carry out high-quality research and development in order to support and promote activities and policies concerning vocational education and training (VET). In its work it focuses particularly on innovation in education and the interrelation of education and the labour market. Oeibf is active both on national and international level and delivers services for various organizations in Austria and Europe.

Fafo Institute for Labour and Social Research (Norway) – Fafo

Fafo Institute for Labour and Social Research is an independent research foundation, which conducts social science and research on a wide area of working life and welfare state issues. Research on industrial relations issues is a core area, along with social policy, lifelong learning, enterprise development and labour migration. Fafo has participated in a number of European projects, is the national centre for EIRO (European Industrial Relations Observatory), and is involved in a number of Nordic and European networks.
